Log of the crash

SUMMARY
In the wifi flyout (in the sys tray), there is a configure button. When click
that it leads you to the wifi and networking page of the settings app. If you
try to navigate from here to some other setting page like wallpapers it gives
you an error or the app even crashes.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
The error (no crash)
1. Open the wifi flyout -> Click on Wifi -> Configure
2. Go to Wallpaper settings page (Or colors and themes)
3. Observe error

The crash
1. Open the wifi flyout -> Click on Wifi -> Configure
2. Click on the Notifications settings page
3. the app crashes

no error or crash
