Oh, I know what's going on! This does exist for the window decoration context
menu, and I was thinking these had gotten unified such that they would appear
in the Task Manager Task context menu as well. But they were not and do not.
It's reasonable to sync these up. Ideally they would even come from the same
place so they can never get *out* of sync.
