It looks like a binding loop, where if you hit the sizes just right it will
continuously update to account for scrollbars - then realise the scrollbars
aren't needed and the entire cycle starts again.
Fixing this will need to be done in qqc2-desktop-style however, as system
monitor just uses a ScrollView here. So moving this there.
