Various dropdowns in the Window Rules dialog light up (sometimes all-at-once)
but are empty

SUMMARY
After recent updates (not sure when this started... KWin rebuild for Qt 6.9 was
the 11th and my kwindowsystem upgrade was yesterday), the dropdowns for the
Window Rules dialog (special window settings). Same thing in the relevant
syssettings panel, but not in e.g. the mouse settings panel.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Special Window Settings
2. Click dropdown

OBSERVED RESULT
Uncannily empty slots. Selecting them does change the value of the dropdown but
not that of the sltos.

EXPECTED RESULT
I see the values of the slots
