A Screenshot that Depicts the Problem

SUMMARY

I am unable to download add-ons because I see "Server stopped accepting new
streams before this stream was established" in a modal pseudo-window when I
attempt to search, despite the search result being returned in the GUI, as is
expected.

The error message is very uninformative.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Invoke "Desktop Folder Settings".
2. Select "Get New Plugins..."
3. Search for "Server stopped accepting new streams before this stream was
established".

OBSERVED RESULT

I am unable to download the add-on, because a modal pseudo-window appears that
states "Server stopped accepting new streams before this stream was
established". However, the search result is correctly returned in the GUI. Why
the error appears isn't evident.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS

KInfo states:

> Operating System: Fedora Linux 41
> KDE Plasma Version: 6.3.3
> KDE Frameworks Version: 6.11.0
> Qt Version: 6.8.2
> Kernel Version: 6.13.6-200.fc41.x86_64 (64-bit)
> Graphics Platform: Wayland

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

I saw this mentioned at https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=455540#c23, and
https://forum.manjaro.org/t/global-theme-get-themes-error/162132/2?u=beedellrokejulianloc
appears to explain the problem, but doesn't offer a solution. Certainly, the
error should be communicated better to the user.
