SUMMARY
When hovering on a menu for the first time everything is okay, but as soon as
you move mouse vertically to another menu, a vertical scrollbar appears in the
opened submenu, no matter the size of it
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Hover on a menu in Kicker
2. Move mouse vertically to another menu in vicinity
OBSERVED RESULT

An unnecessary scrollbar, which appears in every submenu despite its size, and
which also enlarges the submenu by a couple of pixels, so there is a small
wiggle when scrolling
EXPECTED RESULT
No unnecessary scrollbar
