SUMMARY
The first time in a session you click on the bluetooth icon, the liquidshell
kind of seems to restart and locate it just above the previous location. The
bluetooth UI opens as it should.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Make a fresh login into liquidshell session
2. Click on the bluetooth icon

OBSERVED RESULT
When clicking on the bluetooth icon to open the bluetooth UI, the liquidshell
that is at the bottom of the screen disappears, moments later it's back but now
it's not at the bottom of the screen, but the height of the panel further up.

EXPECTED RESULT
When clicking on the bluetooth icon the blutooth UI should open, no other event
should happen.
