There is no window numeration when open files with same name in Kolourpaint
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Kolourpaint
2. Create several new files or open one file several times using Kolourpaint
OBSERVED RESULT
There is no window numeration when open files with same name in Kolourpaint

EXPECTED RESULT
There is window numeration when open files with same name in Kolourpaint, as it
was in version 23.08.5 (KDE Frameworks version - 5.116.0, Qt version - 5.15.16)
