Open Firefox with the dark theme, maximize the window 3. Hide Telegram window behind the Firefox, DO NOT MINIMIZE THE WINDOW 4. Open this page (this bug), or for example https://docs.hackerone.com/en/articles/8399430-id-verification 5. Scroll the page slowly Result: 30 fps rendering, as shown by "Show FPS" desktop effect. This happens only when Telegram window is present on screen. It could be hidden behind Firefox, it could be visible, but it should not be minimized.
