SUMMARY
Dual screens, application is on primary (1), 'save as' pops up on screen 2.
In any browser or application that you want to save a pdf file for example,
the 'save as' dialog pops up on the opposite screen from application.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. In any browser save a pdf file using a dual screen set up.
OBSERVED RESULT
Primary screen is 1 and second screen is 2. Chrome/Firefox/Chromium/Brave on 1,
file 'save as'
pops up on 2.
EXPECTED RESULT
'Save as' dialog would use same screen as application.
