Various journalctl outputs (explained in post description)

SUMMARY
My system has been randomly hanging. Visually, everything freezes. I can't move
my mouse, the clock doesn't change time, I can't even Ctrl+Alt+F3 to another
TTY. Audibly, if I'm playing a game, it'll keep looping the last few seconds of
audio. There's been times I was on a Discord call and I could still hear them
talking, although I don't remember if they could hear me or not.
Once it happens, all I can do is either wait for it to start responding again
(which can take several minutes, if ever) or just REISUB and lose all my
unsaved work.
This has happened to me while I'm doing really important work or in the middle
of a competitive match in a game and it's really bad.
It seems to happen more often when I'm alt-tabbing, but not always.

The last time it happened, I saw the clock widget (which was frozen) was at
3:40 AM, so it must've happened between 3:40AM and 3:41AM.

I have the output of 3 commands attatched:
 -> `sudo journalctl --since="2025-03-08 03:39:00" --until="2025-03-08
03:43:00"`
The --user log for the command above is identical.
For some reason the journalctl logs are a bit out of order, and there were some
lines missing from the journalctl command I put above, even though it was
supposed to be in the time range, which I'm not sure why and it's really
frustrating, so I'm also attaching the outputs for the following commands, just
in case:
-> `sudo journalctl | grep "Mar 08 03:40:"`
-> `sudo journalctl --user | grep "Mar 08 03:40:"`
