This is caused by the normal text overlapping the faded gray completion text,
making their anti-aliased edges overlap and causing the text to look bolder
than it should.
We may need to redo how the faded completion text is implemented, as the
current implementation of having two text labels overlap has caused multiple
subtle issues.
