Can reproduce on git master, wayland.
The issue is probably on kwin's side, or on how desktop files are handled in
kde. Keeping the category in spectacle until I figure out exactly what is going
on.
Easiest steps to reproduce: copy the system spectacle desktop file for
spectacle to ~/.local/share/applications, and then try to take a screenshot.
