It's the RDP server that controls the session, i.e. that decides if two clients
share the same session or not.
Usually this is controlled by the "enable remote control" setting in windows
terminal server.
I've tried to look up https://sunlogin.oray.com/ to understand how it works,
but unfortunately i can't speak chinese.
