Bug ID: 500874 Summary: Wrong highlight in Qt6 albums context applet Classification: Applications Product: amarok Version: unspecified Platform: Other OS: Linux Status: REPORTED Severity: minor Priority: NOR Component: Context View/Albums Assignee: amarok-bugs-d...@kde.org Reporter: tuo...@norsumanageri.org Target Milestone: kf5 SUMMARY Documenting here an UI bug in Qt6/KF6 Amarok: If one clicks open an entry in albums applet and doesn't move mouse, the highlight jumps to some other row. Any mouse movement will return it to correct place. Somewhy normal TreeView related things work, there are some workarounds involved, but I haven't found a way to avoid this issue yet. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Click open an album in a Qt6/KF6 Amarok albums context applet 2. Don't move mouse after clicking. OBSERVED RESULT Some item that is not under the mouse cursor gets highlighted. Any mouse movement will reset the highlight to under the mouse cursor. EXPECTED RESULT The item under the mouse cursor remains highlighted all the time.
