Can confirm something is going on connecting a fourth monitors.

Connecting a fourth monitor during a plasma session or sitting at/booting into
SDDM login: Instant black screen. 

Switching ports around on the graphics card and therefore the added, fourth
monitor isn't the same monitor (considering port enumeration or physical
connector [DisplayPort vs HDMI]) doesn't seem to make a difference.
