there is no such menu and even searching in the handbook finds no Record
monitor
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. click on view
2. look for Record Monitor
OBSERVED RESULT
no such monitor
EXPECTED RESULT
Record monitor to edit:
> The configuration menu for Record Monitor should give you a choice between
> Firewire (dvgrab), Video4Linux (USB and, accordingly, built-in webcams on
