SUMMARY
When cancelling a restart or shutdown the super key is no longer responsive to
being pressed, only after using a keybind including super (e.g. super+w) does
the super key function normally again
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open the application launcher (click or super key)
2. Select Restart of Shut Down
3. Press Cancel / click somewhere else on the screen
4. Press the super key
OBSERVED RESULT
The application launcher does not open
EXPECTED RESULT
The application launcher opens
