            Bug ID: 500785
Summary: UX Regression: amount of events per day is very low
                    (3) compared to before (5)
    Classification: Frameworks and Libraries
           Product: libplasma
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Other
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: wishlist
          Priority: NOR
         Component: components
          Assignee: plasma-b...@kde.org
          Reporter: k...@fuchsnet.ch
                CC: notm...@gmail.com
  Target Milestone: ---

As discussed in the Visual Design Group:

The new 3-dots-cap since
https://github.com/KDE/plasma-workspace/commit/a0e310b92537c4d2fd315871634c92c1c0e440fc
could be raised a bit, sicne there is plenty of space.
Lots of days here have 4-5 events, and basically with the rectangle you lose
the ability to see what kind of events (e.g. Birthdays versus work events
versus personal events) the day holds, which makes it a bit less usable.

I recommend 5 or at least 4, since that would still easily fit, and be a bit
more generous than 3.

The idea of a counter was also mentioned in the group, which is imho
discussable (not a huge fan due to additional numbers in a calender being
distracting), but even if we'd do that, I would still recommend to have up to 5
dots first.
