THE BUG HAS RETURNED UNDER AN OBSCURE SCOPE( Krita 5.1.x to 5.3x )
For some reason the issue has returned.
And it's triggered everytime I switch to a different windows from Krita.
When that happens, sometimes, a weird zoom action is performed,
sometimes it's an exact canvas rotation at a certain that is performed.
And after that, you can't use the modifier keys anymore.
Additional info 1 : deleting the "kritarc" file and starting
Krita a new time without switching to a different windows seems
to work temporarily. But as soon as you switch again
to different window, the bug is triggered.
Additional info 2 : this time, nothing appears in the log viewer when
the issue occurs. So it's even more bizarre.
Additional info 3 : the issue is specific to Windows OS only afaik.
