This is not something that can be fixed right now IMO. The only way (which is
not guaranteed to work) is to give some extra space for the animation to be
drawn, but that's going to look broken with transparent panels. The only way
would be to have the limit at the screen border, which would be a bit too much
of a workaround. We need to set the limit of the animation somewhere, and the
panel is the obvious place to put it.
