The Bookmarks tool view is an Okteta tool view. Its bookmarks are Okteta rather
than KTextEditor bookmarks. KDevelop also has a third kind of bookmarks - the
file system bookmarks in the File System tool view. Implementing a proper
KTextEditor Bookmark tool view for KDevelop and possibly Kate is discussed in
https://invent.kde.org/kdevelop/kdevelop/-/issues/63
