Looks like a graphics glitch, and not a part of the icon itself. I certainly
don't see this on my system, when an AMD 780M iGPU.
If you add "KWIN_FORCE_SW_CURSOR=1" to the `/etc/environment` file (create it
if it doesn't exist) and reboot, does that fix the issue? If so, then my
suspicion that it's a graphics glitch is bolstered.
