STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Start an app (tested this with VSCodium and Kate) 2. Move window below taskbar, this still works 3. Wiggle it a little bit, the graphical session now locks up OBSERVED RESULT The session locks up. EXPECTED RESULT The session doesn't lock up.
