SUMMARY
In the appearance tab (the one with themes, colors, etc.) there are two
seperate tabs for the splash screen. There is a proper one which always was
there, and a second one, appearing ever since Plasma 6.3. It is beneath the tab
for sddm theme, has a lot blank themes, their names aren't in the system's
language, it requires root password to apply changes (as opposed to the regular
one) and it doesn't seem to change anything.
