Actually, I'm talking nonsense. Since it's just a standard Plasma notification,
you *can* turn it off in System Settings > Notifications > Application Settings
> KDE Portal Integration > Started Remote Desktop.
So we do indeed let people shoot themselves in the foot here. With great power
comes great responsibility!
