SUMMARY
I try to change /boot to no access for "Others", it says the job is done, but
does nothing. Changing permissions for files in ~ works. Probably related to
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=499003

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to a file with root as owner
2. Open the folder it's in as admin
3. Try to change permissions of the file in it's properties

OBSERVED RESULT
It finishes, no error, but also no result

EXPECTED RESULT
Gimme my permission change
