            Bug ID: 500273
Summary: Opening from Dolphin Duplicates entry in Playlist
    Classification: Applications
           Product: Elisa
           Version: 24.12.2
          Platform: Manjaro
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: wishlist
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
          Assignee: matthieu_gall...@yahoo.fr
          Reporter: andrewtken...@gmail.com
  Target Milestone: ---

SUMMARY
Opening Elisa from a file in Dolphin for a song already in the playlist creates
a duplicate entry for that song in the playlist.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add a file to the playlist
2. Close Elisa
3. Open the file that was added from Dolphin

OBSERVED RESULT
Elisa keeps a persistent playlist when closed. If Elisa is opened from a file
that is already in this persistent playlist the entry will be duplicated in the
playlist.

EXPECTED RESULT
I would like if it could check if that file is already in the playlist and just
jump to the existing entry rather than make a new duplicate entry.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux Kernel: 6.12.12-2-MANJARO (64-bit)
KDE Plasma Version: 6.2.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.10.0
Qt Version: 6.8.2
