Since Plasma 6.3.0 the Glide Effect applies to all window classes, including
tooltips (e.g. in Task Manager) and menus, which looks strange and ugly,
especially at high rotation angle values in the effect settings.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Activate the Glide Effect in System Settings' Desktop Effects page
2. Set Rotation Angle value to e.g. 15
3. Log out and log in (or restart Plasma)
4. Open context menu on the Desktop or in any QtWidgets-based App like Dolphin
OBSERVED RESULT
The menu will open with a Glide Effect
EXPECTED RESULT
The menu will open without a Glide Effect
