The toolbar only changes position on the right screen, when the rectangular
area is dragged to the bottom of the screen. On the other displays, taking
screenshots of the bottom part is impossible.
I have the same issue on Plasma 6.3 on Fedora 41.
I can only take a screenshot of the bottom of the screen on the right-most
screen in my attachment. On all other displays, the toolbar becomes unusable,
when the rectangular region is dragged to the bottom of the screen.
