describes the audio scaling bug in kde 6.3
I am having some issues with volume control after updating to Plasma 6.3. When
the audio volume is decreased to 55% or below, the "audio muted" message is
displayed and subsequently the audio is muted. However, audio is being
monitored from 55% to 100% and the audio scales accordingly.
