Description:
After updating to Plasma 6.3, Firefox continues to display the audio indicator
(speaker icon) on tabs playing media, even when the "Use audio indicators to
mute tabs" option is unchecked. This behavior was also reproduced in Discord.

Steps to Reproduce:

    Update to Plasma 6.3.
    Open Firefox and ensure "Use audio indicators to mute tabs" is unchecked.
    Play a video or audio in a tab.
    Observe whether the audio indicator appears on the tab.
    (Optional) Test the same behavior in Discord.

Expected Behavior:
The audio indicator should not appear if the "Use audio indicators to mute
tabs" option is disabled.

Actual Behavior:
The audio indicator still appears despite the setting being disabled.

Reproducibility:
Consistently reproducible on Plasma 6.3 with both Firefox and Discord.
