            Bug ID: 500087
Summary: After closing the properties of a tile in System
Monitor, it cannot be reopened again without first
                    clicking another and then back
    Classification: Applications
           Product: plasma-systemmonitor
           Version: 6.3.0
          Platform: Arch Linux
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
          Assignee: ksysguard-b...@kde.org

  Target Milestone: ---

SUMMARY
When editing the page in System Monitor, if you select some object/tile and
then back out by clicking Close on the pane that slides into view, it is
impossible to select the same object again without first selecting some other
object.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open System Monitor
2. click Edit Page
3. Select any object/tile, such as a CPU usage pie chart (which I think is
there by default)
4. click Close in the properties pane in the upper right
5. Select the same object

OBSERVED RESULT
6. Nothing happens. A different object/tile must be clicked first and backed
out of before the properties of the first can be edited again

EXPECTED RESULT
6. The original pane slides into view again uneventfully

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: EndeavourOS/Arch x86_64
KDE Plasma Version: 6.3.0
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.10.0
Qt Version: 6.8.2

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I'm running Wayland.
