I don't have enough tablets to test this myself unfortunately.
Can you please run "sudo libinput debug-events" and play around with that a
bit?
It should show you the right amount of pressure in a range between 0 and 1 at
all times regardless of the hardware's pressure range. If the results don't
look right then it's probably a driver or libinput issue
