SUMMARY
When I receive notification from telegram, there's a chance it will appear in
(0,0) at top left corner and above panel.
I am not sure how to reproduce it because usually notification appears where it
should be. In top right corner, under panel. Where notification area is.
I also didn't see (yet?) other notifications being misplaced, so that's why it
is specific to telegram.
I have 2 panels. left dock with auto-hide and top always visible panel.

1. Get message
OBSERVED RESULT
Notification sometimes misplaced.
EXPECTED RESULT
Notification always being near notification area.
