multi-window firefox has a new plus color and the drag-n-drop cursor is old
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open multiple windows of 1 program
2. drag-n-drop file
OBSERVED RESULT
"plus" has different colors, multi-window program takes color from theme, and
cursor uses default color
EXPECTED RESULT
"plus" has same color
