Even if it was not a bug, so a good and useful upgrade possible information,
that notifican should be dismissable.
Not show every single time someone looks for updates without any possibility to
turn that notification off.
There are cases when a user cannot upgrade for whatever reason, let's say nor
more free space or hardware unsupported and should not be constantly annoying
about something that he cannot do or doesn't want to do for whatever reason.
