Video of the bug occurring on Fedora Plasma 6.3.0.
The stray character bug still happens on Plasma 6.3.
When I set KDE Wayland's X11 key visibility to the default of "As above, plus
any key typed while the Control, Alt, or Meta keys are pressed", Screenkey
shows the "X11 never sees the key is released" bug is still happening
unchanged, and the key repeats can still register as characters in Obsidian.
