I'm not able to reproduce this on Plasma 6.3.0 or on git-master on another
laptop
I had been having this problem with a weather widget on 6.2.5, and that widget
is now keeping it's size on the same machine in 6.3.0.
I'll leave this open to see if anyone else can still reproduce on 6.3.0, or
6.3.1 when that's released.
