Bug ID: 499827 Summary: Two computers, one database Classification: Applications Product: digikam Version: 8.6.0 Platform: Microsoft Windows OS: Microsoft Windows Status: REPORTED Severity: task Priority: NOR Component: Database-Engine Assignee: digikam-bugs-n...@kde.org Reporter: zu...@gmx.de Target Milestone: --- Hi! Because I sometimes work with one computer and sometimes with the other, I switched the database to MariaDB a year ago and saved it on the NAS. It's really slow but it works. I would like to ask you if you know of another way I can use a database with two computers. For example, sqlite or MariaDB on D:\digikam\... and synchronize with Synology Drive? How do the database drivers react? The photos are in the same local drive and folder on both computers. These are already synchronized via Drive.
