For example, you hold "Ctrl + Arrow keys" to move files with absolute precision
along a very small grid, which would be annoying with a touchpad/touchscreen.
If it is already a function, it should be easier to use from the go. I've tried
holding Shift, Ctrl, Super, Alt, and it didn't work.
