Thanks for the report.
If something crashes we need a backtrace of the crash to investigate this
properly. See

That said your logs don't look like something has crashed. Usually there will
be something like
> KCrash: Application 'systemsettings' crashing... crashRecursionCounter = 2
> [1] 223806 segmentation fault (core dumped) systemsettings
> kcm_powerdevilprofilesconfig
in the log. Do you have that?
