Lol indeed it's not replicable not but I guess that's not due to fixing this
bug but because now there's no way to set a custom transparency for menus.
Whatever setting I apply under Wayland or X to menus using Desktop Effects'
Translucency or Breeze settings for app style, it simply does not work. Nice
"solution" Plasma devs...
However this might be related to me using AMD graphics now (amdgpu), while the
bug was reported on an Intel laptop (i915), so go figure...
