Re-tested on Plasma 6.3, and I'm impressed to find there is now an option to
clone the panel! This helps greatly, but I still have to re-clone it every time
I make a change. I think it would be ideal if there were simply another button
(or a down arrow expanding on the clone option) to both clone & sync a new
panel.
