Thank you for the bug report. Unfortunately we were not able to get to it yet.
May we ask you to please check if this is still an issue in Gwenview 24.12.2?
Just as a note, KIPI plugins support was dropped from Gwenview in December
2021. Gwenview now has support for Purpose.
