kde version

SUMMARY
Changing a wireguard connection does not work as the apply button remains
greyed out

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. add new wireguard connection
2. save the newly created connection
3. change any setting that requires applying (private key or ipv4 settings for
example)
4. see the apply button being greyed out

OBSERVED RESULT

Apply button is not enabled by changing settings

EXPECTED RESULT
Apply button being enabled and settings are allowed to be saved, alternatively
i expect a warning that the (new) configuration cannot be saved because ... <
