I can confirm this problem too, existing even in Plasma 5.27, most noticeable
with Gwenview and Kate.
I've seen it only on Veracrypt + NTFS partitions.
Containers mounted in Debian with Zulucrypt.
The containers mounted in the same OS with the same program, of type LUKS2 +
BTRFS don't have any problem.
