SUMMARY
The lock screen immediately prompts for password. The screen should be locked,
then once user presses any key, it should ask for password.

The impact of this is the fingerprint reader activates with a 30 second timeout
upon locking the screen.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Press Lock Screen shortcut (Meta+L)

OBSERVED RESULT
Lock screen immediately asks for password and activates fingerprint reader.

EXPECTED RESULT
Lock screen should lock the screen with just the time and date showing. Instead
it prompts for password and activates fingerprint reader. Fingerprint reader
should only be activated upon return of user to the screen.
