I'd like to see Powerdevil KCM given the ability to control Baloo indexing.
Baloo indexing uses precious power on mobile devices like laptops, phones and
tablets.
Allowing the user to control how Baloo behaves on each power state would be
great for power savings.
Defaults suggestion:
On mains power: Go nuts, index all the things
On battery: Limited indexing, filenames only, no content (I imagine content
indexing requires the most power usage)
On low power: Baloo disabled entirely
