Demonstration
SUMMARY
This is probably some framework bug, I don't know which one, so I decided to
post it here, sorry for that.
The attached video shows Konsole settings, but I also saw the same happening in
Prism Launcher, Plasma settings and some other program. I think it started
happening with Plasma 6.2, maybe, I'm really not sure.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. No clue
OBSERVED RESULT
Random previously selected objects blinking, sometimes the bottom of selected
scrollable sections is blinking. The bottom of selection outline stays when the
object is not selected anymore.
EXPECTED RESULT
This shouldn't happen

And a dedicated RTX 3060, but it's not used to render desktop. Perhaps it
matters.
